The Speaker hereby gives notice in terms of section 29 (1), read with section 18 (2) of the Local Government: Municipal Structures Act, 1998 (Act No.117 of 1998), as amended, that the Ordinary Council Meeting of Musina Local Municipality scheduled for Thursday, 22 of January 2026 at 15h00, in the Council Chamber, 21 Irwin Street, Musina Civic Centre.
The meeting will consider items on the Agenda, which also encompasses consideration of the tabling of the 2024/2025 Draft Annual Report, 2025/2026 Mid- Year Performance Report and other Business.
In terms of section 20 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act Number 32, as amended), members of the public, the media, and other interested parties are invited to the meeting.
