Musina Local Municipality shall adjudicate Tenders in accordance with the Supply Chain Management Policy and the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, 2000.
Tender documents containing the Conditions of Tender will be available from the Cashier, Musina Civic Centre, 21 Irwin Street, as from Wednesday, 11th March 2020, upon a non-refundable fee as indicated above.
The Council also reserves the right to negotiate further conditions and requirements with the successful Tenderer.
The Musina Local Municipality is not compelled to accept the lowest or any bid.
Compulsory briefing meeting will take place at the Municipality council chambers; 21 Irwin Street Musina Civic Centre. NB: Bidders who arrive 20 minutes late will be denied entrance to the briefing session. Bidders who do not attend the compulsory briefing session and site visit will be disqualified.
No late, faxed or telephonic bids will be accepted. Tenders will remain valid for 90 (ninety) days.
The completed Tender documents, fully priced and signed must be sealed in an envelope marked with the “Tender number and name” and must be deposited in the Tender box at the reception of the Civic Centre, 21 Irwin Street, not later than the closing date and time.
The minimum qualifying score for functionality are as follows:

Responsive Bids will then be evaluated on the 80/20 Preference Points System as prescribed by the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2017.
