The Mayor of Musina, Cllr Nkhanedzeni Godfrey Mawela handed over the completed R17,9m Masisi Streets Project.
The project created 38 jobs for the locals while six local subcontractors benefitted, a major step in accelerating local economy.
The Mayor said the Municipality is satisfied with the high standard of professional work in the project and thanked the contractor for meeting the project deadlines.
He added: “Today we joyfully hand over this project which will go a long way in improving the livelihood of our people. Masisi is one of our growth points and we are happy that we have taken the right direction to prepare it to be one of our emerging towns in Musina Municipality.”
